Deputy Regional Maintenance Manager page is loaded## Deputy Regional Maintenance Managerlocations: Italy, Padovatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R Present in Italy since ****, Air Liquide is the market leader in industrial gases and related services and technologies.Using an industrial and commercial structure spread throughout the country and a pipeline network of 600 km, Air Liquide Italy supplies around 100 thousand direct and indirect customers, from large companies to small artisans.Air Liquide Italy has three Business Lines: - Large Industries: provides techical gases and related products in an enlarged offer with high added value for large industrial customers by means of specific delivery systems (pipelines) - Industrial Merchant: develops the production and sale of liquids and conditioned gases, manages the on site production and services for industrial customers.- Electronics: develops the market related to high purity gases for the semiconductor industry.Through innovative technologies and services, Air Liquide Italy offers high value-added solutions that improve both industrial performances and environmental impact.Sarai responsabile di gestire le attività di manutenzione preventiva, correttiva e guasti presso il sito principale, con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare le risorse interne ed esterne e il budget assegnato.Ti occuperai inoltre della preparazione delle TAR (fermate di manutenzione), in coordinamento con il Regional Maintenance Manager.Lavorerai all'interno della Primary Production, nello specifico in stretto coordinamento con il Regional Maintenance Manager.Sarai il punto chiave per coordinare e ottimizzare tutte le attività di manutenzione, correzione, prevenzione e a guasto del sito principale, nella preparazione delle TAR e nella gestione delle risorse (interne ed esterne) e del rispetto del budget.**Attività e responsabilità:*** Gestirai le attività del sito relative alla manutenzione preventiva, correttiva e a guasto, assicurando l'efficienza degli impianti; Svolgendo il servizio di reperibilità stabilito dagli accordi locali.* Ti occuperai di ottimizzare le risorse a tua disposizione (personale interno e fornitori) e monitorerai l'uso efficace del budget assegnato, in coordinamento con il Regional Maintenance Manager; * Seguirai l'intero ciclo di vita dei TAR, dalla preparazione fino all'esecuzione; * Avrai la capacità di gestire piccoli progetti di miglioramento o intervento, applicando la metodologia del Project Management; * Eseguirai il ricevimento del materiale o dei servizi tecnici, avvalendoti del team di manutenzione; * Utilizzerai quotidianamente i tools interni di gestione (come SAP, Autocad, ecc.) e ti assicurerai della corretta registrazione e conservazione dei dati sul CMMS; * Identificherai eproporrai al Regional Maintenance Manager i miglioramenti da apportare per incrementare l'affidabilità e l'efficienza della manutenzione; * Dovrai essere disponibile a effettuare trasferte sul territorio nazionale quando richiesto dalle esigenze operative.**#LI-BC1****Istruzione**: laurea magistrale in ingegneria meccanica, industriale o chimica.**Esperienza professionale**: 2/3 anni di esperienza in manutenzione o preparazione e gestioni di cantieri nell'ambito industriale.Esperienza in settori come Industria Oil & Gas, Chemistry o Steel Factory sarà a tuo vantaggio.**Competenze**:* Possiedi una discreta esperienza nella preparazione del Turnaround (la manutenzione degli impianti di processo); * Hai una solida epragmatica conoscenza della manutenzione meccanica, elettrica e strumentale; * Sei in grado di eseguire analisi dettagliate di dati e informazioni per formulare raccomandazioni di miglioramento;
