JUNIOR SOCIAL MEDIA AND INFLUENCER SPECIALIST TheBATA GROUPis one of the world's leading manufacturers and retailers of quality footwear.A global company with more than 30,000 employees, over 5,000 stores in more than 70 countries worldwide, Bata has been providing the best shoes at the best value for money, backed by unparalleled service, for more than 120 years.Since its founding in **** by Thomas Bata, the Company has consistently demonstrated its commitment to responsible and innovative business models in the belief that capital is not just money, but, above all, people, knowledge and core values.Today, Bata's pioneering principles enable the company to adapt quickly to market changes.It also continues Bata's long tradition of being sensitive to cultural and national differences and enables it to function proudly as an inclusive company in every country in which it operates.With more than 270 shops in Italy, Spain and PortugalAW LABis a laboratory of "urban sport style" trends that offers to its customers the coolest products of the moment, suggesting and inspiring them in creating their own style.Since opening its first store in ****, with the name of Athletes World, AW LAB is part of the Bata group.AW LAB proposes a wide collection of sneakers of the most famous international sport brands and a wide range of exclusive designs created in collaboration with them.The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels.DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLEA Junior Social Media and Influencer Specialist is overseeing AW LAB interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn).His/her duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.He/she will be in charge to define an AW LAB influencer community through influencer agency and direct contact.He/she will be responsible for the social media strategy, content production and definition of PED.He/she will manage through external agency the influencer activities and communities.Internally he/she will receive relevant information from brand communication area, omnichannel, product department and to play accordingly the activities.KEY CHALLENGESDefine the social media strategy for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedInDefine the PED for all social media platformsManage and oversee social media content to make sure production is in line with the platforms and the brandMeasure the success of every social media campaignStay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologiesUse social media marketing toolsCollaborate with influencer agency to build AW LAB community and get direct contacts with influencersCollaborate with Sales and Product Development teamsREQUIREMENTSAl least 1 or 2 years in social media positionFluent in English (Spanish nice to have)Crazy for social media, influencers, with lots of creative and out of box ideasPassionate and direct contact with Italian and Spanish influencersDynamic, passionate and enthusiastic about lifeLOCATIONPossibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training periodSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingRetail, Retail Apparel and Fashion, and Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry#J-*****-Ljbffr
