update plans regularly.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Planning, Quality, Regulatory, MSAT, Maintenance) to prepare for installation, commissioning and qualification (C&Q/CSV) activities.Assist in the development of User Requirement Specifications (URS), participate in supplier selection, support purchase order execution and perform acceptance testing with vendors (physical or documentary).Supervise and coordinate work performed by external contractors on-site; report deviations and support corrective actions under guidance of senior engineers.Ensure health & safety requirements for temporary and mobile construction sites are followed during project execution.Consider energy efficiency and sustainability aspects in project work and propose practical improvements aligned with site policies.Support hypercare and post-commissioning activities: follow up with vendors and assist in resolving issues during initial production runs.Participate in documented investigations of deviations from standard practices and procedures; implement corrective actions as assigned.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, or equivalent).Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in capital projects, plant engineering or equipment integration within a manufacturing environment.Practical experience (or exposure) with URS definition, supplier management, installation support, commissioning and handover activities.Basic understanding of regulatory, quality and safety requirements applicable to manufacturing sites; familiarity with C&Q or CSV processes is a plus.Solid technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical and automation systems relevant to production equipment and utilities.Good project planning and organizational skills; able to maintain project schedules and track milestones.Financial awareness for CAPEX evaluation, budgeting support and cost control for assigned projects.Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate cross-functional activities and interact with suppliers and contractors.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints.Commitment to safety, compliance and sustainability principles.Proactive, able to work independently on medium-complexity tasks and know when to elevate.PreferredFormal training or certification in project management (e.g., foundational PMP/Prince2 training) or in C&Q/CSV methodologies.Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, life sciences, food) and exposure to interactions with local authorities for technical-administrative approvals.Reporting & InterfacesReports to Site Project execution LeadFrequent interfaces: Operations, Maintenance, Planning, Quality, Regulatory, MSAT, Procurement, external suppliers and contractors.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Delivery of assigned projects on schedule and within approved budget parameters.Quality and completeness of project documentation, URS and risk assessments.Successful completion of installation, commissioning and qualification activities with minimal issues.Adherence to safety and contractor management requirements.Timely support during hypercare and resolution of vendor-related issues.Project Engineer • Latina, Latium, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
