Product Support Specialist (f / m / d) – Location: Unterentfelden, Switzerland or major Hexagon MI facilities in Europe (Wetzlar, Germany; Torino, Italy; Lyon / Paris, France).Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence offers a comprehensive range of products and services for all industrial metrology applications in automotive, aerospace, energy and medical sectors.By empowering our customers to fully control their manufacturing processes, we enhance product quality and increase efficiency worldwide.This product support specialist position will support one of our newest and fastest-growing portable 3D measurement product lines.The international team consists of commercial, support, and leadership functions in Unterentfelden, while R&D and a large part of the product organization are located in Wuhan, China.ResponsibilitiesSupport our global sales distribution channels (commercial organisations and channel partners) with their commercial & application support needs.Enhance product knowledge and train commercial organisations and resellers.Drive and coordinate various projects.Identify new potential markets and applications.Deliver product demonstrations at customer events and exhibitions.Autonomously manage duties, comfortable in ambiguous situations and high-demand work environments.Display a can-do attitude with high entrepreneurial affinity.QualificationsEngineering Degree / Diploma in Geomatics, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Automation or similar discipline.Technical experience and project management skills is a plus.Knowledge of 3D measurement (particularly 3D scanning) would be a bonus.Business fluency in English is essential.Affinity to work in cross-cultural teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Willingness to travel (approx. 50%).What we offerImpactful work: Independent and responsible work with space for personal development and creativity.Your contributions will directly shape our products and customer experiences.Growth opportunities: A varied and comprehensive working environment with growth potential.We're committed to your professional development and success.Global exposure: Motivated and dynamic teams within an open corporate culture.You will travel the world and work with diverse teams and industries.We don't just want you to develop technology – we invite you to experience it in action.Become part of an innovative team working at the intersection of precision, speed, and future technology.Apply now and get your career across the finish line.You can find more exciting job openings on our website.We look forward to receiving your application.#J-*****-Ljbffr
