OurLeadership Development Program for Product Designersis athree-year career accelerationinitiative tailored for recent graduates who are passionate about designing human-centered digital experiences and innovative product solutions.Through job rotations, coaching, training sessions, mentoring, and continuous feedback, you will develop hands-on skills inuser research, interaction design, service blueprinting, journey mapping and cross-functional collaborationwhile shaping the future of our product offerings.What You Will DoWork across different teams and projects, gaining exposure to various stages of the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch.User-Centered Research: Assist in user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather actionable insights for product improvements.Service Blueprinting & Journey Mapping: Research and document user journeys, identifying opportunities to improve both front-stage and back-stage processes.Interaction & Visual Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that align with our brand standards and user expectations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, operations, and leadership teams to align service touchpoints and ensure consistent experiences.Iterate & Validate: Present findings and solutions, gather feedback, and refine service concepts based on real-world testing and metrics.Continuous Learning: Receive mentorship, participate in training, and build expertise in service design methodologies, strategy, and innovation.Minimum QualificationsA bachelor's or master's degree inProduct Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Strong academic performance (above-average grades).You must have obtained your degree in the past 1 year or be on track to obtain it now.A good level of written and spoken English (B2).Demonstratedteamwork and collaborationabilities.Availability to work full time andwillingness to travel.Residency in Italy or intent to relocate.If you're from a non-EU country, you must hold a valid EU visa or work permit.Contract TypeFull-time, permanent contract.About usWe're a diverse group of visionary innovators who provide trading and workflow automation software, data, and business insights to corporations, central banks, financial institutions, and governments.We are a truly global company; we employ 13,000+ people at 60+ offices and serve 4,800+ customers worldwide.The Leadership Development Program opportunity is also available within the ION Group family of companies.According to the Italian Law ( L.***** ) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority.Due to the high volume of applications, only those candidates that meet the required criteria for selection will be contacted.Please do not apply if you don't currently have the legal right to work in Italy, or if that right is just about to expire, or if that right has restrictions imposed which would prevent you from undertaking a full-time employment contract.#J-*****-Ljbffr
