We know that success comes from People and deserves to be recognized.??Proactivity and Reliability, Kindful collaboration and communication are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest growing B2B scale-up, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.??We are looking forWe are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Backend Engineer (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Tech Team.Your role in BizAwayYou will be working in a cross-functional team to implement new features, evolve the current platform to keep up with the continuous growth and collaborate with your colleagues to transform ideas into concrete solutions.Your basic qualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in backend development, with a solid understanding of Node.js, TypeScript, and Mongo.Experience with OpenAPI standard (swagger).Proficient with one of the following Node.js frameworks: Fastify, Express, Nest.js.Experience in writing automated tests.Understanding of AWS as a cloud provider.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.We are also interested inExperience with ElasticSearch.Experience with message brokers like Kafka.Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Domain Driven Design knowledge.The selection processWe welcome applications in English and Italian.If you pass our screening, we'll ask you to take on a few tests that assess your technical knowledge and how you approach problems.If you're successful with those, we'll invite you to a series of interviews.Our offer??
