Employerland, on behalf of a luxury 5-star hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, is looking for a People and Culture Specialist.Job DescriptionOur People & Culture Specialist is a key member of the People & Culture team, supporting the development and implementation of human resources strategies that foster a positive workplace culture and uphold the hotel's high standards of excellence.Working closely with the HR Director of the Group, the General Manager of the Hotel and other department heads, the P&C Specialist ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while promoting employee engagement, professional development, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment process by drafting job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for all team members.- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.- Assist in administering employee benefits, payroll documentation, and attendance tracking.- Provide guidance to employees regarding company policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.- Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation.- Help organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications.- Participate in disciplinary and grievance procedures as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics, KPIs, and audit requirements.- Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the hotel environment.Qualifications- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.- Solid understanding of Italian labor law and HR best practices.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.- Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.- Legal right to work in Italy.The selection will take place after reading the information notice according to Art. 13 EU Reg.********.Please read it on the website
