You will be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of a global market leader in premium wafer products.The ideal candidate is passionate about the sweet snacks sector, skilled in portfolio strategy, and has a robust background in marketing.You will drive the management, development, and optimization of our distinguished product portfolio, aiming at building and strengthening our market captainship.YOUR TASKSAnalyze and monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and potential risksCollaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Operations, Finance) to define global product portfolio objectives, strategy, and guidelines, ensuring consistency and clarity of priorities across categories and marketsOversee Global Portfolio planning, coordinating the annual / multi-annual New Products Planning process supportby consolidating requests / briefs and facilitating consensus across stakeholdersRecommend product range mobilization and promote de-complexity initiatives according to performance and business priorities establishing KPIs, metrics and processes to monitor and report on product portfolio performance across all brands and product categoriesLead product portfolio budget management, allocating resources and funds effectively and efficiently according to overall business prioritiesSupport the NPD process and governance, dealing with its phases, gates, deliverables, and working mechanisms, and ensuring projects adhere to established processes and proceduresSupervise Product Portfolio Managers supporting their professional developmentYOUR PROFILEProven experience as a Portfolio Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role in FMCG (10+ years); experience in the confectionery or sweet snacks industry is strongly preferredDemonstrated success in developing and managing global product portfoliosPrior experience in marketing is highly desirable; ability to integrate marketing strategies with portfolio managementExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market researchStrong project and people management skills with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teamsOutstanding communication and presentation abilities in English; additional languages are an assetUniversity degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field; advanced degree is a plusAvailability to travel internationally as requiredOUR OFFERThe opportunity to join a globally recognized brandA collaborative, inclusive environment fostering creativity and excellenceRoom for professional growth and international career developmentAn international company that cares about people and planetCompany canteenWorkplace: BolzanoYour contact person for this position:Stefanie PraderTalent AcquisitionTo us, Goodness means celebrating and embracing the unique diversity of every individual.We foster a respectful, inclusive and empowering environment where discrimination has no place.Our decisions
