Senior DevOps Engineerhlpy, born in ****, is a tech-driven roadside assistance insurance start-up founded by visionaries who saw a gap in the market and redefined the industry with a cutting-edge digital solution ??What started as a bold idea in Italy quickly expanded to France and Spain, and as of September ****, we are proud to announce our entry into Germany This marks another milestone in our journey to becoming the go-to solution for modern roadside assistance across Europe— and beyond.We are looking for aSenior DevOps Engineerwith around8 years of experiencein designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructures and automation processes.This person will act as atechnical leaderwithin the team, responsible for ensuring thescalability, reliability, and securityof the company's digital platforms.The ideal candidate has extensive experience across modern cloud ecosystems (with a preference for AWS), deep knowledge ofCI/CD, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (we are using Terraform), and a strong collaborative mindset between development and operations.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performing cloud infrastructures.Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple development teams.Implement Infrastructure as Code strategies (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.).Monitor performance, reliability, and security using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).Collaborate with development teams to improve release cycles and software quality.Ensure system resilience, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies.Contribute to DevSecOps best practices and drive the culture of automation.Mentor and support more junior engineers in the team.Requirements8+ years of overall IT experience, withat least 5 years in DevOps or infrastructure roles.Strong expertise inAWS,Azure, orGoogle Cloud Platform.Experience withCI/CD pipelines(GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).Solid knowledge ofTerraform,Ansible, or equivalent IaC tools.Hands-on experience withDockerandKubernetes.Experience withmonitoring, logging, and alerting systems.Fluent in English.Nice to haveExperience withmicroservicesorserverless architectures.Knowledge ofcloud securityandDevSecOpsprinciples.Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.).Familiarity with secret management tools (Vault, AWS SSM, etc.).Your Journey in hlpyOur team comprises a wide range of skills and experiences: we constantly encourage all our professionals and collaborators to explorenew opportunities for growth and development.We believe that promoting an environment whereindividuals can experiment and expand their horizonsnot only increases personal satisfaction but also strengthens our collective success.
