Savills, fondata nel **** nel Regno Unito, è oggi uno dei leader mondiali nella consulenza immobiliare.Quotata alla Borsa di Londra, Savills ha costruito una rete internazionale straordinaria, con oltre 700 uffici distribuiti in America, Europa, Asia, Oceania, Africa e Medio Oriente, e un team di più di ****** professionisti in 70 paesi.Per rafforzare il nostro organico interno, in forte espansione, ricerchiamo una risorsa da inserire in stage a supporto del team Post Sales, che segue le attività successive alla vendita nellambito di prestigiosi sviluppi immobiliari.Cosa faraiLa risorsa supporterà il team nelle attività operative e documentali legate alla gestione delle pratiche di compravendita, con un ruolo chiave nel garantire ordine, precisione e rispetto delle tempistiche.In particolare:supporto nella gestione e archiviazione della documentazione relativa alle compravenditemonitoraggio delle attività e delle scadenze del processo (dalla proposta alle fasi successive al rogito)coordinamento operativo con i principali interlocutori coinvolti (studi notarili, studi legali, clienti, colleghi interni)aggiornamento di file di controllo e report interni (Excel / database / sistemi aziendali)gestione puntuale di richieste e follow-up, garantendo qualità e continuità del servizioIl profilo che cerchiamoCerchiamo una persona molto precisa, organizzata e affidabile.forte attenzione al dettaglio e al controllo documentalecapacità di lavorare con metodo e rispettare le scadenzeserietà, discrezione e senso di responsabilitàbuone capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in teambuona conoscenza della lingua inglese (contesto internazionale)buona dimestichezza con Excel e strumenti digitaliRequisiti preferenzialilaurea (o percorso universitario in corso), preferibilmente in ambito giuridico/economico/amministrativointeresse per il settore immobiliareCosa offriamoStage / Internship in un contesto internazionale e altamente formativoinserimento in un team dinamico e proattivopossibilità di apprendere sul campo processi real estate strutturati e di alta qualità
