What we are looking for We are looking for an Intern Sales Development Representative to join the new Incorporations team at Sibill.The Intern SDR will support the sales team in qualifying and engaging inbound leads coming from marketing campaigns related to the incorporation of new companies.The Intern SDR plays a key role in the funnel , ensuring that: only qualified and relevant leads are passed to the Account Executives or senior sales team non-relevant or low-quality leads are filtered out early early-stage or "not ready yet" leads are nurtured properly This role is ideal if you want to learn how a sales funnel works end-to-end in a fast-growing fintech environment.You are the perfect fit if You feel aligned with Sibill's values: ambition, pragmatism, efficiency, integrity You enjoy talking to entrepreneurs and understanding their business ideas You are curious about startups, new businesses and company formation You are comfortable with high volumes and repetitive tasks (our SDRs interact with 50 companies every day) You are a problem-solver rather than a "hard seller" You are excited about joining a new business line and contributing to its growth You are not scared of working hard.As a team, we all have to go the extra-mile to make it happen What will you do You will become familiar with Sibill's products (accounts, cards, accounting, cash flow, treasury) You will qualify inbound leads through calls and follow-ups You will understand the needs of prospects and assess whether they are a good fit You will engage prospects by phone and guide them through the next steps You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality over time Comp Benefits 6 month internship with ****€ reimbursement per month Lunch voucher (€8/business day) Hybrid work policy: 3 days at the office, 2 days remote You will work with a team of smart, hard-working, passionate and genuinely nice people.People at Sibill tend to be very happy.Happiness is an underrated benefit ??
