The Palace Company Europe è alla ricerca di unF&B Manageraltamente qualificato per assicurare l'eccellenza e la supervisione completa delle attività di Food & Beverage presso il prestigiosoBaglioni Hotel Luna, struttura 5 Stelle Lusso situata nel cuore storico di Venezia.Il/la candidato/a selezionato/a sarà il principale punto di riferimento per ristorante, room service, bar e banchettistica, garantendo il rispetto degli elevati standard qualitativi che contraddistinguono il brand Baglioni Hotels & Resorts.RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI:Eccellenza operativa e standard di servizio:Garantire qualità e professionalità del servizio F&B, supervisionando gli standard operativi in linea con l'immagine dell'hotel.Garantire il decoro e la manutenzione delle attrezzature, assicurando efficienza e conformità a normative di igiene e sicurezza.Gestione e sviluppo del team:Coordinare il personale, promuovendo formazione, motivazione e crescita professionale dello staff.Supervisionare i corretti requisiti e comportamenti in ambito di salute e sicurezza alimentare.Pianificazione e controllo operativo:Assicurare la corretta organizzazione e copertura dei servizi coerentemente con lo staffing definito dall'azienda.Proporre in maniera proattiva eventuali piani correttivi rispetto al budget, in linea con l'andamento dei ricavi.Cost Control:Monitorare con continuità il costo del Food & Beverage in linea con il budget, attraverso report e analisi qualitative di dettaglio, proponendo eventuali azioni migliorative quando necessario, insieme alla supervisione degli altri costi operativi legati ai servizi F&B.REQUISITI:Esperienza consolidata (minimo 5 anni) in posizioni di responsabilità nella ristorazione alberghiera di lusso; Ottima conoscenza delle moderne tecniche gestionali e dell'informatica applicata alla ristorazione; Competenza gastronomica ed enologica di alto livello; Eccellenti capacità organizzative, comunicative e di leadership; Possedere i requisiti per una eventuale iscrizione al R.E.C.Conoscenza di almeno due lingue straniere; Attitudine commerciale econoscenza del marketing alberghiero.SEDE:VeneziaL'offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta ad entrambi i sessi, nel rispetto delle disposizioni delle leggi D.Lgs.****** e D.Lgs.******#J-*****-Ljbffr
