Il Gruppo Pizzium Spa ricerca, per supportare lo sviluppo dei propri Brand Pizzium e Crocca, un Development, Construction & Maintenance Manager.La risorsa, a diretto riporto dell'AD guiderà il processo di sviluppo e gestione immobiliare della rete Pizzium, dalla ricerca delle nuove location alla realizzazione dei locali fino alla manutenzione della rete esistente.Sarà infatti responsabile di garantire la coerenza del format, la qualità e la sicurezza degli spazi e l'efficienza operativa dei punti vendita, in linea con l'identità ed i valori del brand, collaborando a stretto contatto con le funzioni Operations, Marketing e Hr per supportare la crescita sostenibile dell'azienda sul territorio nazionale.Key Responsibilities Definire e implementare con la Direzione aziendale la strategia di espansione immobiliare; Individuare, analizzare e selezionare nuove location in linea con il posizionamento Pizzium (visibilità, bacino d'utenza, coerenza con il brand); Coordinare Area Manager e Store Manager fornendo loro supporto operativo, tecnico e formazione; Condurre negoziazioni con landlord, agenzie e sviluppatori; Coordinare il processo di realizzazione dei pdv (dalla progettazione, direzione lavori, scelta fornitori, arredi e impianti); Assicurare il rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi definiti per il brand; Supervisionare le attività di restructuring e refitting dei locali esistenti; Gestire i rapporti con professionisti, general contractor e partner tecnici; Gestire manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie; Implementare piani di manutenzione preventiva; Assicurare la compliance normativa in termini sicurezza sul lavoro.La risorsa ideale ha maturato una consistente esperienza nel mondo retail, preferibilmente nel Food Retail e possiede una formazione tecnica.Completano il profilo ottime doti organizzative e elevate capacità negoziali.#J-*****-Ljbffr
