Payment Partnership ManagerAbout SatispaySatispay was born to revolutionise everyday payments – making them simple, fair, and accessible to everyone.Now, the focus has moved even further, aiming to shape the future of money.We're a movement empowering millions of people, driven by a shared purpose to tackle big challenges.And we're just getting started.We move quickly, think boldly, and trust each other to challenge the norm, learning and growing as we go.We've come a long way and want to help people realize what technology can do for them – including empowering them to make better financial decisions, take larger leaps of faith, and drive deeper financial freedom.Satispay is built upon a belief that the most heart-warming ideas on the planet are under-realised by the lack of any easy or simple and accessible means of payment.At Satispay, we want to change how payments are done.What you'll be doingAs aPayment Partnership Manager, you'll play a key role as an individual contributor, developing and managing strategic relationships, helping support our goals and ambitions through the value of partnerships, orchestrating internal partnership resources to serve our business stakeholders and being the eyes and ears of the local markets, supporting a selection of key local strategic partners.Here's what your day-to-day will look like:Develop Partnership StrategyDefine the roadmap and proactively identify new strategic partnership opportunities (e.g., POS/cash register software providers, e-commerce platforms, banks, tech players) aligned with Satispay's growth and product objectives.Negotiate and Close DealsLead the entire negotiation process, from defining commercial and technical terms to contractual finalisation.Your goal will be to structure win-win agreements that ensure sustainable growth for both Satispay and the partner.Coordinate Internal Stakeholders- Work closely with cross-functional internal teams, including Product, Tech, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and timely execution of all project activities.Strategic Account ManagementNurture and strengthen relationships with existing key partners.You will be their main reference within Satispay, ensuring the long-term success of the alliance and identifying new co-marketing or up-selling opportunities.Performance Analysis and ReportingContinuously monitor the KPIs of active partnerships (e.g., transaction volumes, new merchant activations, adoption rates).You will analyse data to optimise performance and prepare regular reports for management.Expect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life.Things change quickly here, so be ready to adapt, take initiative, and shape your role as we grow.Who we're looking forWe need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done.If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit inThis position requires a blend of business and technical acumen, project management, strategic thinking and a good understanding of the payments and financing industry.Does this sound like you?Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Strategic Account Management roles, preferably in the FinTech, Digital Payments, e-commerce, or SaaS industry.Your past months' target achievement and KPIs will also be considered as additional evaluation pieces.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships at all levels (internal and external).Strong organisational autonomy, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex projects with defined deadlines.A good understanding of technical integration processes(e.g., API logic, SDKs) and the ability to dialogue effectively with development teams is a plus.Fluency in Italian and English(written and spoken) is required to manage partners and negotiations internationally.Don't worry if you don't tick every box.We believe in the power of different viewpoints and strengths.Your unique perspective is important as we build something special.If you're passionate and can make a difference, we truly encourage you to apply.Our benefits & perksWe believe high commitment, effort, and impact deserve to be highly rewarded and supported.That's why we createdSatispay CareAbout, our way of making sure you're supported in your well-being, growth, and finances:??????
