End-to-End Academic LeadershipOversee programs, quality assurance, academic compliance, and curriculum updates.Manage relationships with faculty, instructors, and academic committees.Lead the creation, review, and continuous improvement of content for Bachelor's and Master's programs, Bootcamps, and Microlearning.Supervise production of videos, interactive modules, assessments, and project work.Design an AI-first learning model leveraging adaptive learning, AI mentors/tutors, and continuous student performance tracking.4. AI & Learning InnovationIntroduce tools, workflows, and processes to integrate generative AI, automation, and predictive models into teaching and learning.Collaborate with product and technology teams to scale AI-driven solutions.5.
