Junior IT Specialist (Hybrid | Milan or Bologna) Join to apply for the Junior IT Specialist (Hybrid | Milan or Bologna) role at iubenda.About UsWe're iubenda, the team turning compliance into a growth engine.We help over 110K businesses all around the world build trust, boost performance, and grow without limits.Now part of team.blue (/), we're scaling privacy tech with confidence, creativity, and a little bit of attitude.Join a team that moves fast, thinks big, and makes privacy feel exciting againMission & Core PurposeWe are looking for a Junior IT Specialist to become the heartbeat of our internal team experience.This role blends internal IT operations and cross-team collaboration.You will report to DevOps, supporting also HR and Operations, by working closely with each of them.You'll play a pivotal part in fully owning internal tool management tasks as well as hardware and device management tasks, ensuring that our colleagues are supported by reliable systems, well-maintained devices, and a smooth, secure internal technical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Tools & Platforms Ownership: • Microsoft: complete suite and SaaS tools (Microsoft 365, Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Zoom) • Google: complete suite and SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar) • Confluence: internal documentation and knowledge management system • Slack: internal communication and collaboration platformHardware & Device Lifecycle Management: • Set-up: configuration and preparation of company devices for employees • Shipment: coordination of device delivery for onboarding, replacements, and off-boarding • Tracking: inventory and lifecycle tracking of company hardware and devicesResidual responsibilities: • Availability to work from and travel to our Milan OR Bologna office, whenever required (realistically 1 day/week) • Trustworthy and reliable: comfortable handling sensitive tasks, systems, and data with a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and responsibility • Smart and proactive mindset: able to quickly understand new contexts, take initiative, and actively contribute beyond assigned tasks • Strong sense of ownership: accountable for assigned responsibilities, with the ability to manage tasks end-to-end and follow through independently • Fast learner: willing and able to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly, including self-study and autonomous problem-solvingExperience & SkillsLanguages: full professional proficiency in English and ItalianDegree in IT or equivalent, or IT-focused high school diplomaCareer motivation: strong interest in starting and growing a career as a Junior IT Specialist (6 months/1 year of experience are more than welcome)Added ValuesAt least 6 months of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar roles.LocationOur offices, located in the center of Milan (a 5-minute walk from S.
