ICT Specialist – Digital Transformation Engineering Dedalus, a leading global provider of healthcare software, is looking for an experienced ICT Specialist to join our System Engineering & Information Technology team in Treviso, Veneto, Italy.As an ICT Specialist, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of our healthcare solutions, coordinating a team of technicians, overseeing projects, and ensuring the reliability and security of our infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate a team of ICT system technicians, ensuring balanced activity distribution and professional growth of the team.Define, monitor, and achieve department KPIs, guaranteeing compliance with SLAs and project objectives.Plan, supervise, and report on ICT project activities, interfacing with other business units and client stakeholders.Provide high-level technical support to the team, assisting with the most complex tasks.Monitor and manage environments with Nutanix and VMware infrastructure.Maintain, monitor, and install Linux/Windows servers, primarily in virtualized environments.Update, install, and configure new hardware and basic software.Supervise and assist application operators, providing technical support based on task type.React to monitoring system alerts and guarantee service continuity.Manage on-call rotation, coordinating resources according to operational priorities.Essential QualificationsTechnical diploma in computer science or bachelor's degree in a scientific field.Good knowledge of Linux server and application server systems (cluster/APACHE/Java/HAproxy).Strong knowledge of Windows Server and client systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file system permission management.Proficiency in Linux and Windows scripting.Dedalus is committed to diversity and inclusion, fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace where employees are encouraged to learn, innovate, and improve clinical processes.Every day, we do something special to help doctors and nurses provide better care to the communities they serve.Apply by 15/01/2026.#J-*****-Ljbffr
