Join to apply for the Website Product Manager role at PrimaAre you looking for a new challenge?Fancy helping us shape the future of motor insurance?Prima could be the place for you.Since ****, we've been using our love of data and tech to rethink motor insurance and bring drivers a great experience at a great price.Our story began in Italy, where we've quickly become the number one online motor insurance provider.In fact, we're trusted by over 4 million drivers.And now we're expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain.To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Manager to join our Website team, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and other business teams across Italy, UK, and Spain.The Website team owns all marketing-facing web technologies and the overall quality of the digital experience.You'll focus on reimagining how to deliver a top-tier user experience to our millions of customers, enabling our internal teams through scalable product solutions such as a tailored content management system.You'll also focus on how our websites and marketing technologies can most effectively contribute to sales outcomes.What You'll DoDefine the product: alongside engineering and business teams, define the detailed roadmap and product specifications for all relevant solutions we will implement to address the pain points and opportunities for our end customers and internal teams.Product discovery: work closely with web behavior data and stakeholders to identify the most pressing product opportunities for end customers and internal teams, validating ideas through research, experiments, and rapid iterations to ensure we build what truly matters.Prioritisation and planning: prioritise and plan the product development efforts with the development teams and your stakeholders.Product delivery: collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to deliver on your plans, organising and taking part in the day-to-day work, and making sure that everyone is working towards the same goals.Stakeholder management: your primary stakeholders will be the local Marketing, SEO, and Sales teams across Italy, UK, and Spain, but you will work with many other Prima departments, both locally and in the global organisation.What We're Looking ForProduct-minded: 3+ years of experience building software products with tangible impact, ideally with website and SEO experience.Analytical and pragmatic: you break down problems, back up decisions with data, and keep your eye on the outcome.Agile-savvy: comfortable driving product development with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.Clear communicator: able to convey ideas across disciplines and cultures, ideally in both English and Italian.Adaptable: you roll with change, stay curious and push yourself (and your team) to keep improving.Tech-comfortable: you've worked with complex systems and can navigate technical conversations with ease.Nice-to-haveWebsite expertise: experience with building websites, SEO, 3rd party user behaviour tools (e.g., Contentsquare, Google Analytics); Content Management Systems (e.g., Sanity, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager or Wordpress); and AB Testing software.Insurance know-how: familiarity with the insurance industry or other regulated sectors.Global perspective: experience working across multiple markets or culturally diverse teams.Why you'll love it hereWe want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.So if you decide to join us, you can expect plenty of perks.
