Head of Sales / Business Development ManagerPer conto di una startup operante nello sviluppo di sistemi e tecnologie innovative per il settore delle costruzioni, siamo alla ricerca dell' Head of Sales, figura che avrà il mandato di costruire e strutturare la funzione commerciale e guidare lo sviluppo del business.A riporto del CEO, la figura gestirà un piccolo team ed avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo commerciale, portando metodo, know-how e visione.Principali responsabilità:Definire e implementare la strategia Sales verso i principali stakeholder esterni (studi professionali, imprese di costruzioni ecc)Costruire e strutturare la funzione commerciale (processi, pipeline, KPI, strumenti)Sviluppare nuove opportunità di business e relazioni strategicheGestire il processo di vendita su commessa end-to-endCollaborare con il CEO nella definizione delle strategie di go-to-marketTrasferire competenze e know-how all'organizzazione e, in particolar modo, al team sales.Principali Requisiti:Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di Sales / Business DevelopmentIl background nel settore costruzioni, edilizia, infrastrutture o construction tech costituisce un plusEsperienza nel costruire o far evolvere una funzione Sales e nel people managementProfilo strutturato, con capacità di metodo e visione strategicaSpirito imprenditoriale, autonomia e orientamento ai risultatiOttime capacità relazionali e negozialiBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseSede di lavoro: MilanoRif.
