We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Marketing Intern to join our team in Pero (MI), Italy, within the Marketing department.This position offers a unique opportunity to provide support across a diverse range of marketing activities, including data entry, event management, and internal and external communications.The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting colleagues and suppliers, many of whom are international, making fluent English a critical requirement for success in this role.Key Responsibilities: Office 365 Support: Manage email correspondence, calendars, and MS Teams, as well as prepare documents and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Web and Content Updates: Perform data entry and update pages within the WordPress platform to ensure marketing content remains accurate and up-to-date.Event Coordination: Assist with vendor relations, oversee event portals, support logistics, and prepare materials for trade shows and corporate events.Communications Support: Help publish content on LinkedIn and the company Intranet, including drafting and distributing internal newsletters.Ideal Candidate: Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to interact confidently with international stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers.Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Solid foundational skills in managing mail, calendars, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.WordPress Experience: Previous experience with data entry and content updates on WordPress.Organizational Strengths: Strong attention to detail, effective organizational skills, and a proactive, hands-on attitude.Comfortable transitioning between a variety of tasks.Why Join Us: As a Marketing Intern, you will become part of a dynamic marketing team, contributing to impactful projects across event management and communications.This role offers broad exposure to operations in an international environment, allowing you to grow professionally while supporting the success of the marketing department.What We Offer: Six-month internship with potential extension Monthly expense reimbursement Canteen Coster is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a Diverse & Inclusive environment.We are actively looking for qualified candidates irrespective of race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, national origin, disability, or age.
