Aegis FSI, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Finance, Banking e Insurance, per una Banca leader nel Wealth Management, con un approccio strategico all'innovazione digitale e alle soluzioni WealthTech ricerca un:Responsabilità principaliGestione dei rischi finanziari della banca: liquidità, mercato e IRRBB, in coerenza con le strategie e il profilo di rischio definiti.Sviluppo e implementazione di metodologie di misurazione, monitoraggio e controllo dei rischi.Definizione delle metriche e dei limiti di Risk Appetite e monitoraggio degli eventuali sconfini.Sviluppo ed esecuzione degli stress test regolamentari e gestionali.Monitoraggio di AuM, asset allocation, limiti di concentrazione dei portafogli e profilo di rischio dei prodotti.Predisposizione della reportistica verso CRO, Top Management e Organi Aziendali.Sviluppo e aggiornamento delle risk policies.Supporto alla definizione delle politiche di gestione del rischio di liquidità, del Contingency Funding Plan e dell'Investment Policy.Verifica della coerenza dei modelli di rischio con i processi operativi e della qualità dei flussi informativi.Esperienza consolidata nella gestione dei rischi finanziari in ambito bancario/consulenzialeSolida esperienza nei rischi di mercato, liquidità e IRRBB.Preferibile background in contesti di Private Banking o Wealth Management.Comprovata capacità di gestione di team e di presidio autonomo delle attività della funzione.Solida conoscenza della normativa di vigilanza e dei requisiti regolamentari.Capacità di sviluppare strategie di risk management coerenti con gli obiettivi aziendali.Forte orientamento ai risultati, capacità di operare in contesti complessi e di collaborare efficacemente con la prima linea.Capacità di supportare il CRO e il Top Management nelle decisioni strategiche.Sede di lavoro: MilanoL'annuncio è rivolto a candidati ambosessi (L. ******) – Aegis Srl, AUT.
