OverviewWe are partnered with a fast-scaling independent power producer that has recently moved from development into execution.Plants are now live, capital is committed, and the focus has shifted to one thing that truly matters: making assets perform.As the operational portfolio expands, the business is building a dedicated commercial asset management function in Rome.This role sits at the heart of that journey.Real assets, already connected to the gridA clear multi-year build pipeline, not hypothetical projectsStrong institutional backing and long-term capitalThe chance to grow with the platform, rather than maintain a static portfolioThe role in practiceThis is acommercial asset management position, not a technical engineering role.You will be responsible for the financial health, contractual performance, and profitability of operational solar PV plants.You will work closely with internal finance, external operators, lenders, and advisors to ensure assets are performing in line with business plans and investment expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesOwning the commercial performance of a portfolio of utility-scale solar PV assetsMonitoring revenues, costs, and cash flow against budgets and financial modelsManaging contracts with O&M providers, off-takers, and other third partiesSupporting financing, refinancing, and lender reporting processesIdentifying underperformance and driving corrective commercial actionsWhat they are looking for3 to 5 years' experience insolar PV asset management, IPP, fund, or owner-operator environmentStrong understanding of how solar assets generate revenue and return on investmentComfortable working with financial models, budgets, and performance reportsCommercial mindset, detail-oriented, and accountableItalian and English working proficiencyWhat you getExposure to a rapidly growing operational portfolioGenuine ownership and visibility within the businessClear progression as the platform scalesCompetitive base salary and a bonus that actually reflects performance#J-*****-Ljbffr
