Our CompanyTechnogym inspires70 million daily usersto train using ourinnovative & engaging solutions for fitness, sport and health.By promoting theHealthness lifestyleof exercise, a balanced diet, and a positive mental approach, AI Tracking & Longevity, Technogym has rapidly grown into a success story of over 2,800 employees at 16 branches, expanding to more than 150 countries.It has been selected as Official Supplier to 10 editions of the Olympic Games - from Sydney **** to Milano Cortina ****.Suppose you are a team player with strong relationship skills and an international approach, eager to invest your energy in building dreams.In that case, you have theright spirit to join Technogym because you have the IMBESTIOYou will naturally fit our culture if you work out and live a healthy lifestyle, are proactive, determined, and are digitally savvy.Move with us for a better worldYour RoleWe are looking for a Mechanical CAE/FEM/FEA Analyst to join our R&D Team at Technogym HQ (Italy – Cesena).To perform the role, you should have a strong background in numerical simulations, material mechanical properties, mechanical design and experimental acquisitions.In this role you will be in charge of:Supporting design teams in ensuring the reliability of products/functional groups/components along their lifecycle on the field;Supporting design teams in ensuring the expected Vibroacoustic behaviour of products/functional groups/components;Your ImpactConduct static structural analysis of metal frames, machine components, light alloy parts, and polymeric material components to verify compliance with strength and stiffness requirementsPerform fatigue structural analysis aimed at evaluating the impact of alternative engineering solutions on the long-term structural performance of components, with reference to their behavior under cyclic loading throughout the product lifecycleConduct modal analysis aimed at modeling and predicting the dynamic behavior of structures subjected to vibrations, with the objective of optimizing the vibroacoustic comfort of the productsExecute experimental analyses in collaboration with the NVH and Experimental Departments for the validation of digital twin modelsPropose design modifications to address identified failures or structural weaknesses, in order to meet the required standards of safety, performance, and effectiveness (activities are carried out in close collaboration with the Mechanical Design, NVH, and Experimental departments)Deep collaboration with Mechanical Engineering and NVH analystManage and supervise numerical simulation tasks performed by external partners, ensuring alignment with internal engineering standards and project objectivesSupport to Failure Mode and Effects AnalysisBe responsible over test reports and summary tables/documents editing, test comparisonContribute to the development and refinement of internal engineering design standardsPerform multibody analysis to predict the dynamic behavior of complex mechanical systems composed of multiple rigid or flexible bodies connected through constraints and joints, aimed at supporting design decisions and performance optimizationAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.You enjoy working in a team and are interested in product innovation.You are results and customer-driven and strive to continuously improve.What you should bring:Master's degree in Mechanical EngineeringKnowledge of materials' mechanical properties and thermal treatments related propertiesKnowledge of structural static/fatigue dimensioning of metal, light alloys, plastics parts and able to perform analytical design verification calculationsExperience in CAD modeling aimed to digital twin definition for FEA analysisExperience in CAE/FEA static and fatigue analysis of multibody structures, supported by standard softwares used for structural analysis (preferably Ansys)Knowledge of methods and tools for stress/strain experimental analysisKnowledge of Design of Experiments and Failure Mode and Effects AnalysisScientific approach to experimentation wit excellent problem solving skills and teamwork attitudeGood digital and electronics skillsExcited to work in a highly dynamic and Passionate environmentTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.We welcome applications from all members of society irrespective of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief.Discover your potential with a career at Technogym, where work means loving what you do, taking on challenges, learning from others, sharing a vision and making it come true
