Mangias Resorts, a distinguished hospitality brand of Aeroviaggi S.p.A., embodies the essence of Authentic Italian Vacanza within the upper-upscale segment.With 17 owned properties across Sicily and Sardinia—including 2 city hotels, 10 four- and five-star resorts, and 5 clubs—Mangias offers guests immersive and memorable stays that celebrate Italian heritage, nature, and lifestyle.Reflecting our commitment to excellence and international recognition, two of our resorts proudly belong to the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott, while one is part of the refined Curio Collection by Hilton.Job descriptionWe are seeking a proactive and safety-oriented Beach Manager to join our team at the property located in Mangia's Sardinia Resort.The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing beach operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and service.Key Responsibilities :Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with health and safety standardsCreate and maintain a safe beach environment for both guests and staffSupervise the maintenance, repair, and security of all beach equipmentLead the beach team in proactively assisting guests with equipment and servicesStay up to date with local legislation and ensure full compliance in beach operationsCoordinate with other departments to support social events and operational briefingsRequirements :Previous experience in beach or outdoor facility management, preferably in hospitalityStrong leadership and organizational skillsKnowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenanceExcellent communication and guest service abilitiesAbility to manage teams and collaborate across departmentsFluency in Italian; English proficiency preferredFlexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive mindsetWhat we offer:Type of contract seasonalAccommodation availableMeals providedCareer growth opportunities within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to professional development courses
