About the Position Ordoline, a dental aligner company, is on an exciting journey of growth, and we're inviting a newSales Representative (Italy, Milan)to join us.This role is perfect for someone who believes in the power of meaningful relationships and wants to help people smile with confidence in Italy.If you are motivated by purpose and inspired by innovation in dental aligners, this could be your next big step.Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to new potential partners and introduce solutions that genuinely improve patient experiences.Manage your territory with ownership and care, working toward achievable revenue goals while staying true to our mission.Create thoughtful account strategies that reflect a deep understanding of your clients' needs and long-term vision.Build warm, lasting relationships with customers—supporting them, celebrating successes together, and ensuring they feel valued every step of the way.Job RequirementsA strong network or established relationships within the dental industry (Clinicians, Practice Managers, Clinic Owners).Residency within the targeted region ( Italy, preferably Milan or surrounding areas ).3+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales with a strong history of success.A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience nurturing business partnerships that grow over time.Openness to frequent travel and connecting with partners across the region.English proficiency at B2 level or above.Italian proficiency at C1 level or above.
