UNA Italian Hospitality è la più grande catena alberghiera italiana attiva in Italia con 59 hotel, resort e residence distribuiti in 30 destinazioni e sta attualmente ricercando una persona da inserire, nel ruolo Groups & MICE Agent (Meeting, Incentive, Congress, Events), all'interno della Direzione Acquisti della sede centrale di Milano (MI).Nel ruolo di Groups & MICE Agent, la Risorsa contribuirà a:- Presentare le proposte commerciali di offerta riguardo camere, camere e spazi congressuali o soli spazi congressuali;- Avere un confronto costante con Revenue Manager di riferimento e Capi Servizio/Direzioni Strutture;- Garantire follow-up entro 48 ore dall'invio dell'offerta;- Svolgere Site inspection in struttura in caso di pratica rilevante su richiesta specifica del cliente finale o adv;- Fornire supporto operativo in struttura o presso altre strutture in caso di big events.COSA OFFRIAMO?- Tempo determinato di 1 anno con possibilità di trasformazione a tempo INDETERMINATO (CCNL SETTORE COMMERCIO);- RAL fino a 30k;- Ticket Restaurant da 8,00 € per ogni giornata di lavoro effettivo;- Percorsi formativi per migliorare la propria professionalità;- Percorsi di crescita professionale;- Utilizzo di tariffe dedicate per i dipendenti di Gruppo UNA S.p.A. e per i loro familiari più stretti in tutte le 59 strutture della Catena Alberghiera;- Premio di risultato aziendale, come previsto da Contratto Integrativo Aziendale;- Agevolazioni, scontistiche e servizi di Welfare legate alle società appartenenti ad UNIPOL S.p.A.: Polizze assicurative, Prestazioni sanitarie, Noleggio a lungo termine, etc.;- Agevolazioni bancarie con BPER Banca.REQUISITI RICHIESTI:- Affidabilità, accuratezza, precisione e riservatezza;- Attitudine al problem solving;- Buone capacità nella comunicazione scritta e telefonica;- Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese (sia scritta che parlata);- Capacità di lavoro in team e di gestione dello stress;- Padronanza del pacchetto Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Power Point ed Excel);- Attitudine alla relazione con differenti interlocutori;- Sarà apprezzata una precedente conoscenza del PMS Opera Cloud.In Gruppo UNA S.p.A. valorizziamo la diversità in tutte le sue forme.Accogliamo candidature da persone di qualsiasi identità o espressione di genere, orientamento sessuale, origine, età o condizione di disabilità.Crediamo che la pluralità arricchisca il nostro modo di lavorare e crescere insieme, ogni giorno ci impegniamo a garantire pari opportunità ed un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e accessibile a tutte le risorse.Sede di lavoro: Milano (MI) - in presenza
