Our client ´s company was established in ****.After 40 years of dedication and innovation, it has integrated energy conservation and environmental protection, clean energy, biotechnology, and new materials.Job Title:Overseas Sales Manager (Management)Location:Milan, Italy (Company registration in progress)Key RequirementsBachelors degree or above (engineering, mechanical, energy-related fields preferred).Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience selling physical industrial or mechanical products.Proven experience selling equipment or engineered solutions (not SaaS or services) to industrial, commercial, or EPC clients.Industry experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:Power generationOil & gasPetrochemicalRefrigeration / HVACChemical processingWaste heat recovery / energy efficiencyExperience selling or promoting industrial equipment such as:Heat exchangersRefrigeration systemsEnergy-saving or hydrogen-related solutionsExperience working with EPC contractors, system integrators, distributors, or industrial end users.Strong ability to manage long sales cycles, RFQs, tenders, and project-based negotiations.Strong coordination skills to work closely with internal sales, engineering, and operations teams.Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus.Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and office software.Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a B2B industrial environment.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and expand the companys overseas B2B customer base, building long-term partnerships with industrial and EPC clients.Actively develop new customers and projects across Italy and Europe, ensuring inclusion in approved supplier/vendor lists.Support bidding, tendering, and contract negotiation processes with market intelligence and customer insights.Develop and execute personal customer acquisition strategies aligned with annual KPIs.Organize and host client visits to company headquarters, managing inspections and technical discussions.Develop and manage relationships with local agents, distributors, EPC partners, and strategic allies.Achieve annual sales targets and execute other tasks assigned by management.Salary and benefits:- Salary range: 25,******,000 RMB- The company offers a highly competitive salary package, monthly salary plus commission- Commissions vary for different products, so detailed communication is needed during the interview process- Have a good and transparent promotion path and provide employees with broad and sustainable promotion opportunities: BD Director of Overseas branch - Deputy General Manager of Overseas branch - General Manager of Overseas branch- Purchase social security and insurance in accordance with local policies- Enjoy all kinds of paid holidays stipulated in your country
