Job descriptionWFS Italy is pleased to announce an incredibly opportunity to join our team as an Operational Planner.As Operational Planner your main responsibilities will be to plan monthly shifts for operational and warehouse staff, ensuring coverage according to workload and the needs of different areas.Update daily assignments in case of absences, operational changes, or urgent requirements.Manage and monitor leave for shift personnel, ensuring compliance with internal policies while maintaining service levels.Record daily working hours for all staff (productive hours, absences, training, long-term leave) and maintain accurate attendance tracking.Maintain constant communication with the managers of each operational area to promptly identify staffing needs, critical issues, and workload changes.Participate in weekly review meetings to assess planned hours, operational requirements, and necessary adjustments to the schedule.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure that planning processes align with company strategy and efficiency objectives.QualificationsHigh school degreeExperience of relevant work experience in Staff Rostering related roleExperience in analyticsKnowledge of optimization systemsUnderstanding of Staff Rostering planning processes, theories and methodologiesAdvanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) skillsFluent command of spoken and written English#J-*****-Ljbffr
