Assistant Bar Manager

The Position ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER Main purpose: The Assistant Bar Manager supports the Bar Manager in overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the bar and light meals service according to our standards and procedures.Reports to: Bar Manager.Main duties & responsibilities: - Support the Bar Manager in providing friendly, attentive and timely service in order to create an exceptional experience for all of our Guests; - Ensure that policies and procedures are complied with the highest standard of service; - Support the Bar Manager in accomplishing bar staff's objectives by orienting, training, scheduling, coaching, and counselling them; - Support the Bar Manager in recruitment and selection process; - Support the Bar Manager in achieving the department financial objectives working closely with management and overall team; - Comply with H&S national rules; - Maintain a professional relationship with Guests and colleagues; - Anticipate Guests needs and handle guest complaints; - Support the Bar Manager in managing and developing staff in everyday operations according to our standard and procedures; - Monitor stock levels and align to the department financial objectives.- Handle administration tasks as required.We offer: - Fixed-term contract according to C.C.N.L.
