TR NL Research Analyst, FBA FC Network LossAmazon is a highly data driven company highly obsessive about metrics.The Research Analysts play a crucial role in creating unique reports from data available in multiple locations and providing vital insights into the root cause of quality defects and inventory adjustments.Network Loss Research Analyst will work closely with the ICQA, Learning and Finance departments to provide data and analytical support for the business.Key job responsibilitiesDevelopment of data collection processes and data management systemsDesigning of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in SQLCharting and graphing of data for reporting purposesDeveloping dashboard (Tableau and Quicksight) to support business decision making and dive deep activitiesDevelop automation solution for analysis (python script)Prepare and publish reports for business reviews (Weekly Business Review, Quarterly Business Review, Project Updates)Supporting leadership team how to interpret data trends as neededIn depth research of defect trendsData collection and entry as neededData mining and problem solvingPresent analysis in easily digestible standard reportsSupport to ICQA & Learning Team ProjectsBasic QualificationsProficient with Data Warehouse reporting and query design, ability to query web sourcesProficient with SQL and QuickSightProficient with scripting languages like Python/JuliaStrong analytical, math, statistics, data analysis, listening & communication skillsKnowledge of AWS (Redshift, Lambda, S3)Good written and spoken EnglishPreferred QualificationsInitiative to develop tools, data collection processes, and data management systemsExperience with Oracle, Ruby on Rails, and HTMLProven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent settingProven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levelsGlobal perspective and solid understanding of business objectivesExcellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracyStrong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing prioritiesStatistical modeling experience (ML, forecasting, predictions)Knowledge of modern web application frameworks Streamlit/GenieOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
