La divisione Life Science di Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management, ricerca per importante azienda farmaceutica che vanta un portfolio prodotti diversificato che spazia dai farmaci etici ai dispositivi medici e alla nutraceutica d'eccellenza, un/una: Quality Assurance Manager La risorsa, riportando al Direttore Medico, avrà la responsabilità di garantire i più elevati standard qualitativi lungo l'intera filiera.Non sarà solo un supervisore, ma un partner strategico nel coordinamento dei CMO.Responsabilità: Valutazione dei Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) per la fabbricazione di prodotti farmaceutici, IMP, nutraceutici e dispositivi medici, e depositi per l'immagazzinamento e la distribuzione degli stessi; ispezioni Verifica della documentazione chimica e farmaceutica e di ogni altra istruzione necessaria alla produzione Redazione di Quality and Technical Agreement per la fabbricazione presso CMO Valutazione relativa alla qualità delle produzioni e dei farmaci sperimentali condotte presso CMO Valutazione dati di stabilità dei prodotti Stesura e gestione di procedure operative standard (SOP) in conformità alle Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Stesura e gestione del manuale HACCP e relative SOP in conformità alle normative alimentari Stesura e gestione di SOP relative ai dispositivi medici Gestione eventuali richiami, non conformità, CAPA, deviazioni e change Approvazione degli stampati dei prodotti finiti Gestione informatica fogli illustrativi dei farmaci in lingua tedesca per Alto Adige Trasmissione bollini ottici farmaceutici al Ministero della Salute Collaborazione per l'avvio di progetti presso CMO Requisiti: Laurea in CTF, Farmacia, Chimica o affini Almeno 5-7 anni nel ruolo di QA nel settore farmaceutico, con esposizione diretta alla gestione di fornitori o terzisti Solida conoscenza delle GMP e dei processi regolatori dei farmaci.La familiarità con il sistema HACCP e Dispositivi Medici costituirà un requisito preferenziale Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Doti di leadership, attitudine al problem solving e spiccate capacità comunicative per interfacciarsi con partner esterni e stakeholder interni Sede di lavoro: Milano Si offre Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato con benefit aziendali.I candidati ambosessi (L.******) sono invitati a leggere l'informativa sulla privacy ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).
