Account ManagerAxis has something great to offerWe are looking for an Account Manager to join our Italian sales team.This is a remote based role based in the Bologna area.What is AxisAxis is a fast-growing and innovative IT company with a global footprint.Our products and solutions focus on security surveillance and remote monitoring based on innovative modern and open technology platforms.This is a Swedish-based company with around **** employees in more than 50 countries.Axis offers a multicultural workplace with an open corporate culture.We allow and spur our employees independent thinking.Here we bring together talented and creative people working towards the same goal - innovating for a smarter safer worldWhat will you do as Account ManagerAs an Account Manager your responsibility will be to promote and to sell Axis solutions and products.You will do this by building a strong partner landscape in variety of Business Segments where your focus will be to identify recruit and manage these partners.The position requires you to spend time in the field to educate both current and potential partners through for example partner meetings site surveys seminars trainings webinars and events.The Account Manager will work closely with the rest of our SalesTeam to create the best possible sales process.Travels in the North and Center regions in Italy and sometimes international travels are required.Your main activities will include:Identify and manage strategic partnersDevelop a business plan for the responsible areaCooperates with both marketing team and the rest of the sales team to develop businessActively participate in trade shows seminars academies webinars and other promotional sales activitiesTakes responsibility for supporting with trainings and partner eventCoach and train customers on new tools and / or new solutions launched to approach the marketSet annual targets with your manager and continuously follow up KPIs.Who are we looking forWe are looking for a driven and self-motivated team player with high ambitions and an ability to take initiatives.You have a strong technical background and have experience from working with indirect sales preferably in a technical sales position from the IT or security industry.You are pro-active in your work and have ability to manage time and prioritize.Apart from this we would like you to see if you have / are:Degree in Business Administration / Engineering5 years in the role of salesGood understanding of 2 tier sales modelStrong account management and team-building skillsProven ability to build strategic and trusted relationshipsStrong communication presentation and negotiation skillsExperience in the IT industryKnowledge of the physical or cyber security market will be an advantageFluency in ItalianGood understanding in EnglishWhat can Axis offerAt Axis you will be working within an international organisation surrounded by enthusiastic people in an open-minded and innovative culture.Besides this Axis is proud to offer :Internal events in Italy SEUR and EMEA regionMeal vouchersHealth insurance covered by Axis for you and your familyPension plan100 days parental leave (gender neutral)Yearly Gym AllowanceCompany carReady to actAxis is a company realizing the benefits of a diverse workforce.We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to disability race color religion gender gender identity or expression sexual orientation national origin genetics nor age.To be considered for this process please submit your CV and Cover Letter in English.#J-*****-Ljbffr
