RINA is currently recruiting for aItaly Food Mandatory Certification Operations Auditorto join its office in Naples, Italy w ithin theMediterranean & Africa CertificationDivision.MissionThe resource will be responsible for the management and control of medium-large supply chains operating on the food PDO PGI scheme and in particular on the dairy sector. Among the main ones, inspection activities, review of practices, resolution activities, interfaces with consortia, trade associations, and industry operators, as well as coordination of inspection staff, stand out..Key AccountabilitiesDocument Review:Check customer management system documents, including manuals, procedures, instructions, files, records, and technical documents, to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.Audit Participation:Participate in and conduct audits, which involves conducting interviews, taking comprehensive notes, and evaluating the implementation of management systems.Audit Result Definition:Identify and define audit results (Positive and negative findings as non conformities, opportunity of improvement).Technical Review:Carry out a technical review of audit files, providing insights and recommendations for certification decisions.Skill Maintenance:Keep skills, qualifications, and certifications up to date by staying informed about industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Data Management:Maintain updated records of customer data and other information relevant to the audit process.Customer Focus:Demonstrate a strong customer focus by understanding and responding to customer requests and needs.Strive for high customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality and effectiveness of audit activities. #LI-MP3Qualifications- Basic understanding of auditing principles and standards (e.g., ISO ****, ISO *****, etc.).- - Knowledge of PDO PGI STG product regulations- Knowledge of sector regulations (dairy and livestock farming)- Second or third party inspection verification activities dairy sector (farms, dairies, etc)- Good communication skills to conduct interviews and report findings.- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in audit techniques and certification requirements.- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of audit management software.- Adaptability and eagerness to gain industry-specific knowledge.EducationBachelor's DegreeHigh School Diploma/GED in Agriculture/Agronomy/Food Technology or Food FarmingRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.
