About JobgetherJobgether is an AI-powered career coach and matching platform helping people find remote and flexible jobs faster.We design each user's job search strategy, help them stand out, and connect them only with roles that truly fit.Our vision: careers built with intention, not luck.Our mission: become the go-to platform for remote talent worldwide.The OpportunityWe're hiring a COO to work side by side with the CEO and take charge of how the company operates and grows.This is a late co-founder type of role for someone who likes to build structure, drive execution, and scale a product used by thousands of job seekers.What You'll Take Ownership OfOperations and executionBuild simple, reliable processes across the company.Turn strategy into clear plans, timelines, and measurable goals.Keep teams aligned and projects moving.Growth engineLead acquisition and retention efforts in Europe and the US.Improve funnels, test new channels, and scale what works.Work closely with product and marketing to strengthen activation and conversion.Product and brand consistencyEnsure our positioning and messaging stay focused and coherent.Help shape how users experience Jobgether, from first touchpoint to long-term engagement.Leadership and partnership with the CEOShare responsibility for company decisions and prioritization.Bring clarity, speed, and ownership to daily operations.Act as the operational counterpart to the CEO's strategic vision.What Makes You a Good FitExperience as a founder, COO, GM, Head of Ops, or similar senior operator.Background in SaaS or marketplaces.Strong execution skills: prioritization, structure, follow-through.Good grasp of growth, product, and analytics.Comfortable working fast with limited resources.Clear communicator, practical mindset.Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.What You GetReal ownership and influence on the direction of the company.Daily collaboration with the CEO on strategy and execution.A remote and flexible work setup.Compensation: modest base salary + high bonus + significant equity package.Why Apply Through Jobgether?We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.Our system identifies the top-fitting candidates, and this shortlist is then shared directly with the hiring company.The final decision and next steps (interviews, assessments) are managed by their internal team.We appreciate your interest and wish you the best#J-*****-Ljbffr
