Then whatWe are looking for a Data Center Technician – Category Protected (L.*****) for our client in the IT sector.You will be acting for the design, troubleshooting, maintenance, and physical repair of hardware components critical for mission-critical platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Lifecycle: diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair server, fiber, and network hardware.Incident Management: Resolve technical events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures.Safety & Operations: maintain high safety standards and handle physical equipment installation/moving.Continuous Learning: engage in specialized training to master cloud infrastructure components.Key RequirementsProven experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics or within a Data Center or mission-critical infrastructure.Ability to work 100% onsite.Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of Linux and Network Protocols.English and Italian.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Extia by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
