Client Advisor PT 20h - Orio al Serio at DieselDiël has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry.While retaining always its DNA, in recent years Diesel has evolved into the world of premium casual wear, becoming a true alternative to the established luxury market.Diesel is a truly worldwide organization.It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company-owned stores.For one of the most relevant Stores in Diesel's European network – Orio al Serio – we are now recruiting a new Part-Time 20h Client Advisor.Key ResponsibilitiesAct and think first of the client and their experience, with an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.Be a master at storytelling and the art of asking engaging questions.Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all departments and maximise sales opportunity to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.Prove brand and product schizophical.Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to a high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.Contribute to ensuring a high level ???.#J-*****-Ljbffr
