Aug 23, **** Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry – a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational Group that is present in more than 60 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 80,000 employees.GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies.Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms.Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about ***** people.We are looking for an Integration Manager accountable for all the integration activities and for the integration definition between legacy country system and the new insurance core system.Defines the integration strategy, focusing on reuse and standardization Supervises the integration environments setup, to ensure a robust configuration for development and testing phases, even by using automated procedures Gathers and analyzes information to define project specifications and requirements Provides support to the development team in translating the functional specifications and requirements into technical solutions Acts as an interface between business and technical teams Keeps track of the architectural development with regards to the business requirements, and ensures in-synch development within the Program plan Guarantees the software modules are testable at unit and integrated level, before they are ready for user acceptance tests Identifies opportunities for technology refresh and decommissioning, infrastructure optimization, consolidation of the infrastructure architecture RequirementsExpertise in Integration Projects management Proven expertise in international program and project management Expertise in the insurance domain (nice to have) Soft SkillsAbility to lead and to create trust and team spirit Very high attitude to team working Able to manage sudden and frequent changes in the activities and priorities Generali Operations Service Platform S.r.l.#J-*****-Ljbffr
