Consultant Public Affairs- Rud Pedersen ****** uur) IssuemakersWij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ondernemende collega, met passie voor public affairs om ons team te komen versterken.Je gaat bij ons aan de slag met strategische belangenbehartiging, stakeholdermanagement en met advisering van onze opdrachtgeversOver Rud Pedersen GroupRud Pedersen is een toonaangevend Nederlands bureau met 20 jaar ervaring in strategische communicatie en public affairs in Nederland én Europa.Ons Amsterdamse kantoor vormt het kloppende hart van onze activiteiten in Nederland.Momenteel zijn wij bezig het gevestigde bureau Issuemakers te integreren in Rud Pedersen Nederland.We zoeken collega's om onze activiteiten samen verder mee uit te bouwen.Ons team bestaat uit ervaren consultants met een brede achtergrond in politiek, bedrijfsleven en het maatschappelijk middenveld.Diversiteit is onze kracht: we kijken vanuit meerdere perspectieven en zoeken in teamverband gezamenlijk met de opdrachtgever naar innovatieve oplossingen.We zijn onderdeel van een team van 650 consultants in 19 landen.Dankzij deze combinatie van lokale expertise en Europese schaal bedienen wij zowel Nederlandse als internationale opdrachtgevers.Meer info over onze identiteit is te vinden op onze website.De functieAls consultant werk je voor opdrachtgevers uit het bedrijfsleven en maatschappelijke organisaties aan thema's, zoals duurzaamheid, gezondheid, energie, media en digitalisering.Je ondersteunt opdrachtgevers bij het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van effectieve public affairs strategieën.Je hebt interesse in politiek en besluitvormingsprocessen, schakelt soepel tussen strategische plannen en praktische uitvoering en werkt nauw samen in multidisciplinaire teams binnen Issuemakers en met collega's uit de Europese Rud Pedersen Group.Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het (mede)ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van stakeholder management, het opstellen van content en het organiseren van activiteiten.Daarnaast ondersteun je senior adviseurs en begeleid je waar nodig junior collega's.Wat ga je doen?Meewerken aan het opstellen en implementeren van public affairs-strategieënOpstellen van briefings, monitoring, rapportages en content ontwikkelingOntwikkelen of uitvoeren van stakeholdermanagementSignaleren van relevante politieke, maatschappelijke en mediasignalenBijdragen aan presentaties, pitches en ondersteunende documentenOndersteunen van kennisdeling binnen het team en het bredere netwerkWie zoeken wij?Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in lobby, belangenbehartiging en advisering, bij voorkeur aan bureauzijde of in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgevingJe hebt kennis van politieke besluitvormingsprocessen in Den HaagJe bent analytisch en communicatief sterk, maar ook praktisch en hands-onJe communiceert overtuigend in het Nederlands en EngelsJe bent zelfstandig, leergierig en houdt van een afwisselende rolWat hebben we te bieden?Een functie voor 36 tot 40 uur per week binnen een enthousiast en deskundig teamEen uitdagende en gevarieerde functie bij een groeiend en invloedrijk bureau met een sterke positie in Nederland en EuropaMarktconforme arbeidsvoorwaardenRuimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in communicatie, media en public affairsInteresse?Zie je een match, reageer dan met CV en motivatiebrief via de link naar ons Jobylon platform.Wil je eerst meer weten?Neem dan contact: Renate van der Vleut, HR consultant, via#J-*****-Ljbffr
