La specializzazione Digital & Technologies di Adecco Italia è alla ricerca per assunzione diretta presso prestigioso Cliente di un profilo di Technical Support Engineer - Network EngineerDi cosa ti occuperai?Supporto tecnico di secondo livello su reti e servizi afferenti a tecnologie di trasporto L2 ed L3 in particolare switch, routers, IP, VoIPConfigurazione di servizi su tecnologie L2 ed L3 in particolare switch, IP, come per esempio VPN, VPLS, VRF, modifiche regole firewall, configurazioni call managerOperazioni di prese in carico nuovi apparati ed assistenza per ampliamenti di elementi di rete in servizioEsecuzioni di modifiche o migrazioni di servizi esistenti, con relativa organizzazione, coordinamento delle parti e gestione delle attività a corredoSupporto e coordinamento tecnici in campo in caso di ingaggi per test di validazione, misure, sostituzione parti a fronte di guastiGestione tickets con fornitori di tecnologia in caso di problemi complessiCollaborazione con PM e clienti per la redazione di procedureLa posizione richiede disponibilità ad effettuare turni di reperibilità che sono organizzati su base settimanale. La copertura in presidio è dalle 8 alle 20 dal lunedì al venerdì ed è organizzata su tre fasce orarie: 8÷17, 9÷18, 12÷20.Sei la persona giusta se possiedi i seguenti requisitiAlmeno 5 anni d'esperienza in posizione analogaDiploma o laurea in ambito tecnico informaticoOttima conoscenza switching e routing, IP, VPN, VPLS, VRF, VoIP e sistemi di testingPossesso di certificazione Cisco livello CCNPConoscenza di base sicurezza in ambito networking e firewallConoscenza di base linguaggio programmazione Python e sistema operativo LinuxFamiliarità con i principi e le tecnologie legate al cloud computing, sia per ambienti privati (come OpenStack, VMware vCloud) che pubblici (come Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, GCloud).Costituisce titolo preferenziale il possesso della certificazione Juniper JNCIP-ENTCompletano il profiloBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata, per gestire interazioni telefoniche e scritte quotidianeSpiccate capacità di analisi e problem-solvingForte orientamento ai risultati e al lavoro per obiettiviPropensione al lavoro di squadra e capacità di adattarsi a contesti dinamici e in rapida evoluzioneEccellenti doti comunicative e relazionaliL'azienda offre contratto a tempo indeterminato con RAL da concordare in fase di colloquioI candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs. ********, D.lgs ******** e D.lgs ********, sono invitati a leggere l'informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. ********).Adecco Italia S.p.A.
