Social Media Representative-Italian Speaker in Greece (w/ Relocation Package)Location:Onsitein Moschato, Greece or Remotein GreeceCompany:Cross Border Talents is RecruitingAbout Us:Join our vibrant and dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch support to our online community.We are passionate about creating a safe and positive environment for our users, and we need empathetic and skilled individuals to help us achieve this mission.ResponsibilitiesAssist our community and resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and promptly.Stay knowledgeable about our products and community standards.Make well-balanced decisions and advocate effectively for our community.Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy.Support the company's mission by prioritizing the community's well-being.Investigate and resolve issues reported on the social media platform, including account support and reports of abusive content.Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.Use market-specific knowledge to develop scalable solutions for community support.Analyze data to improve the overall user experience.Enforce the company's Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.Experience:Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment or a comparable service/process management environment.High affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation relevant to the market/region supported.Italian speaker (C2) with very good communication skills in English (at least B2level).Skills:Exceptional communication and soft skills.Tech-savvy and resourceful.Ability to multitask and work efficiently.Excellent reasoning and analytical capabilities.Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment.Requirements:EU nationality or Greek residence permit.High school diploma.Availability to work in shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day) between Monday-Sunday, 7 am-10 pm.5 working days of training.Relocation package including paid flight to Greece, airport pick-up, administration assistance (tax number, bank account, etc.), 2 weeks paid in a hotel, and help from an agency to find an apartment.Gross monthly salary plus a monthly performance bonusIf you are passionate about helping others and creating a positive online community, we would love to hear from you.Apply today and make a differenceRequired Skills:Bonus Relocation Outsourcing Business Process Recruiting User Experience Soft Skills Salary Tax Availability Social Media Administration Business English Communication Training Management#J-*****-Ljbffr
