Automation engineering, site engineering, PLC, ScadaCO2 recovery, biogas upgrading, process plants - Multinational companyAziendaOur client is a large organization operating in the engineering and manufacturing sector, specialized in CO2 recovery and biogas upgrading solutions in industrial applications.OffertaReporting to the Process Control Engineering Team Leader, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:Develop functional descriptions (control loops, blocks, and sequence diagrams) including range and setpoints as well as cause & effect lists for plants based on the product portfolio and new products.Implementation of the controls in compliance with laws and standards, with the required implementation regulations at the place of installation of the plant.Support F.A.T. test of PLC program, support for commissioning engineers at site including tuning and coordination of control loops.Support programming, testing, and commissioning of control systems, including logic development, loop tuning, and alarm management.Optimize plant performance by implementing advanced process control strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.Exchange of information with the other teams and specialist departments as well as suppliers.Preparation of the operating and maintenance instructions, customer process and functional descriptions.Participate in risk assessments, HAZOP, and SIL studies to ensure process safety and regulatory compliance.Operate according the requirements indicated by the QHSE management systems established within the organization.Competenze ed esperienzaThe successful candidate should have:A degree in engineering, preferably automation, chemical or electrical.Experience in process control engineering, preferably in gas processing, chemical, or energy industries.Experience in industrial control systems with knowledge in HMI/SCADA system design, familiarity with tools such as Process Engineering Software, Process Control Software & Programming Language (Siemens TIA Portal).Experience in installation and commissioning will be considered a plus.Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, safety systems, and relevant codes and standards.Ability to efficiently cooperate with virtual teams and deliver results in a functional/project organization without direct reports.Technical leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in working in a matrix organization structure, within a multinational and multicultural company.Proficiency in English and Italian.Willingness to work internationally and travel up to 20% of time.Completa l'offertaFull-time employment contract within a multinational, dynamic and multicultural environment.Very competitive flexibility and smart working policy.--- PLEASE APPLY WITH CV IN ENGLISH ---Unless you are applying for positions reserved for protected categories under Law ***** (in which case we only ask you to confirm that you belong to these categories, without any further information on your health or disability), your CV must not contain any information relating to your health status or to your belonging to a protected category, as this is not relevant to the assessment of your application.#J-*****-Ljbffr
