HRIS Specialist – Fedrigoni Group Join to apply for the HRIS Specialist role at Fedrigoni Group.We're empowered to make that happen.Taking responsibility.Taking ownership.Taking risks.Yes, the journey can be challenging, yet we are supported and empowered to perform.We are trusted to be accountable and responsible for our decisions.Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.The Impact You'll HaveAs HRIS Specialist, reporting directly to the Head of HR Information System, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our HR systems and data processes.Your work will empower our HR team with accurate, accessible, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeMaintaining and optimizing the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.Creating and managing reports and dashboards within the system to deliver actionable HR insights.Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to gather requirements and configure HR processes.Supporting and training super users who use the HRIS for advanced purposes beyond basic usage.Working closely with the Head of HR Information System to follow system updates and deliver strategic value.Using data analytics and data science tools to extract insights and support data-driven HR decisions.Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GDPR.Bringing knowledge of personnel cost data and support related reporting as a plus.The Attitudes And Skills We're Looking ForExperience in HRIS or HR data management, preferably with Workday or similar platforms.Comfortable with data analytics tools like Power BI and open to learning new technologies.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process focus.Good communication skills to translate technical info into user-friendly language.Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.Fluent English, other languages are a plus.What You Can Expect From Your Selection ProcessThe selection process includes interviews with the Talent Acquisition team and Head of HR Information System.Additional InformationWe are happy to make any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process to accommodate your needs.We are committed to ensuring that every person feels connected, that their uniqueness is valued and celebrated, and that everyone feels that they belong.This is why providing our people with a flexible and welcoming work environment is one of our top priorities.Learn more about life at Fedrigoni: /#J-*****-Ljbffr
