Who We AreHeritage is building the Modern Investment Office, supporting some of the most prominent families globally to achieve their capital enhancement and preservation goals.Our visionis tohelp clients build enduring wealth across generationsby combining institutional-grade investment sourcing with personalized portfolio construction, cutting-edge technology, and deep sector expertise.We aim to make sophisticated private market opportunities and modern wealth solutions more transparent, connected, and actionable.Our team comprisesa diverseinternational groupof individuals from leading organisations and withdiverse backgrounds , including private equity, venture capital, banking, software development, law, and entrepreneurship.We are committed to attractingtop-notch talentand providing opportunities for growth and development based on their individual strengths and interests.Your role as Head of ReportingThe Head of Reporting is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the wealth reporting processes, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency for both institutional and private clients.The role coordinates the development of standard templates, optimises the use of the Addepar platform, and leads analyst and tech teams in creating structured reporting and data-management systems.This person acts as a key interface between Family Officers across multiple jurisdictions, and technology teams, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders in an international environment.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and standardise reports for various Multi-Family Offices (France, UK, Italy), creating a unified template that can later be customised for local needsContinuously update reporting by integrating new features and tools released by AddeparPerform high-level qualitative checks on reports, verify performance consistency, analyse deltas, and provide insights and alerts to Family OfficersLeverage Addepar's capabilities by designing new attributes, formulas, and representation logics (no programming required)Coordinate with the Tech Team on the creation of proprietary data feeds (SFTP integration between banks and Addepar), providing functional and financial guidanceBuild control dashboards to monitor errors and anomalies in online banking data flowsSupport onboarding of new teams and clients, coordinating analysts to ensure accurate and timely integration of wealth dataAct as a point of contact for key internal stakeholders for all reporting-related topics, proactively collecting feedback and prioritising enhancementsEnsure effective coordination of the reporting team's workload, setting clear priorities and timelines in line with business needsKey RequirementsOutstanding academic background with a master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines5-10 years' experience in similar rolesIn-depth knowledge of financial instruments (derivatives, options, structured products) and their applications, preferably supported by a financial academic backgroundExperience in wealth-consolidation software.Having previous experience with Addepar system is a plusExperience in producing and managing reporting for institutional and private clientsStrong understanding of data-integrity principles and data-quality controlsPreferably, experience with reputable partners known for delivering customised reporting, middle-office services and advanced data management solutions for UHNWI clients; Asset Management, Wealth Management, Family OfficeTech-savvy with a strong interest in exploring new technologiesFluent in EnglishPersonal TraitsProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders (Family Officers, management, banks, and tech providers) and align diverse interests around shared reporting standardsStrong prioritisation skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environmentLeadership experience in coordinating and mentoring analyst teams, fostering a culture of ownership, precision, and continuous improvementExcellent communication skills, able to translate complex financial and technical topics into clear, actionable messages for non-technical stakeholdersStructured, detail-oriented mindset combined with a pragmatic, solution-driven approachHigh level of autonomy, accountability, and resilience when dealing with ambiguity and evolving requirementsLocationLondon, MilanAt Heritage, we are proud to have a diverse team representing over 15 nationalities, with all communication conducted in English.We are deeply committed to providing equal opportunities and work actively to remove potential biases in our hiring process by involving a Hiring Committee in all decision-making.By applying to this job offer, you confirm that you have read and understood Heritage's privacy policy: .#J-*****-Ljbffr
