Fluence Italy è alla ricerca di un I&C Software Engineer (Ingegnere di Automazione Elettrica).Sei un ingegnere appassionato di automazione industriale, strumentazione e sistemi di controllo?Ti piacerebbe lavorare su impianti reali di trattamento delle acque, seguendo il progetto dalla progettazione fino alla messa in servizio sul campo?Vuoi entrare a far parte di una società internazionale quotata in borsa, con un impatto concreto sull'ambiente e sul futuro delle risorse idriche?Come membro del team Fluence, avrai un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo di soluzioni di automazione affidabili e integrate per impianti di trattamento delle acque, collaborando con team multidisciplinari in un contesto dinamico e internazionale.L'I&C Software Engineer è responsabile della progettazione, sviluppo e messa in servizio dei sistemi di automazione industriale, inclusi: schemi elettrici layout dei pannelli di controllo programmazione PLC/HMI/SCADA Seguirai i progetti dalla fase concettuale iniziale fino al commissioning e all'accettazione finale del cliente, interfacciandoti con team meccanici, di processo ed elettrici e team service, per fornire soluzioni di automazione integrate e affidabili.Principali responsabilità: Programmazione PLC per impianti e skid di trattamento acque Sviluppo e configurazione di HMI Integrazione e manutenzione di sistemi SCADA Sviluppo software di processo: - gestione pompe, valvole - livelli, portate e pressioni - allarmi e sequenze automatiche Gestione I/O, strumenti di campo e diagnostica impianto Esecuzione di FAT in sede (test funzionali, simulazioni, validazione con il cliente) Avviamento impianti, commissioning e supporto al collaudo finale in cantiere (~20% annuo) Interfaccia continua con ufficio elettrico, project manager e team service Supporto al Service per troubleshooting e assistenza post-avviamento (anche da remoto) Competenze richieste: Diploma o Laurea in ambito Elettrico / Elettronico / Automazione / Informatica Esperienza di 2–3 anni nella programmazione PLC in ambito industriale (si valutano anche profili junior) Conoscenza di Siemens TIA Portal Conoscenza di sistemi HMI e SCADA Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettrici Familiarità con reti industriali (Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA) Inglese almeno livello B1 Disponibilità a trasferte per avviamenti e supporto in campo (~20% annuo) Approccio pratico, autonomia tecnica e problem solving Caratteristiche personali: Spiccate capacità di problem solving su sistemi complessi Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alla collaborazione interfunzionale Spirito d'iniziativa e proattività Elevata precisione tecnica, sia nel software che nella documentazione Adattabilità e capacità di lavorare su progetti diversi in ambienti dinamici Aspettative per avere successo nel ruolo: Gestire in autonomia i progetti assegnati garantendo qualità e puntualità Comunicare in modo efficace con i team meccanici, di processo e di assistenza Garantire conformità agli standard tecnici in tutte le fasi del progetto Mantenere una documentazione tecnica chiara e strutturata Supportare in modo autonomo le attività di commissioning presso i clienti Contribuire attivamente al miglioramento delle soluzioni tecniche e delle pratiche interne Rimanere aggiornato sulle tecnologie di automazione più rilevanti Candidati ora e scopri se questo può essere il tuo prossimo passo professionale#FluenceItaly #FluencePadova #NuovaAssunzione #AutomationEngineer #ICEngineer #PLC #SCADA #WaterTreatment #EngineeringJobs #LavoraConNoi #CareerOpportunity
