Per il potenziamento del nostro staff, siamo alla ricerca di un/a JUNIOR TRAINING SPECIALIST da inserire nel nostro team. La risorsa sarà responsabile del coordinamento delle attività di gestione ed erogazione della formazione, fornendo supporto ad azienda cliente, leader in ambito editoriale. Responsabilità principali Analisi del fabbisogno formativo dell'azienda Avvio e gestione dei progetti formativi sui portali di riferimento Tutoraggio Monitoraggio delle attività formative attraverso l'utilizzo di piattaforme informatiche dedicate Requisiti Esperienza, anche minima, nella gestione di progetti formativi finanziati (preferibilmente con FONDIMPRESA) Diploma o Laurea triennale Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Abilità nella gestione delle relazioni con enti pubblici e privati Elevate capacità analitiche e di problem solving Offerta Contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi full time/40 h settimanali Lunedì – venerdì dalle 9.00 alle ***** e dalle ***** alle ***** CCNL commercio – 14 mensilità – 5° livello Buoni pasto; Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e stimolante; Opportunità di crescita e formazione continua.
