TXT Novigo, part of the TXT Group, provides specialized IT services for the financial market.Our expertise covers IT Infrastructure, IT Security, Application Development, and Web Design.Business Analyst – Banking/Finance Sector:TXT Novigo represents the Fintech branch of the TXT Group.It is specialized in providing IT services for the financial market.We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our software engineering team.Who are we looking for?The main responsibility of the role is to facilitate communication between clients and technical teams.The candidate will be tasked with translating client requests into detailed, actionable technical requirements.Specifically, the role will involve:Collecting development requirements directly from the client;Drafting clear and well-structured functional analysis documents that will be shared with the assigned development team;Verifying that development outputs align with the prepared analyses;Writing User Stories;Overseeing and actively managing User Acceptance Tests (UATs) and Non-Regression Tests.Understanding the product thoroughly and explaining its functionality, assisting the sales team in presenting solutions to clients.What qualifications should you have?3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst within fintech companies or in the banking/finance sector;Proven experience writing functional analysis documents;A degree in Economics or Management Engineering;Excellent communication skills and a natural team working ability;Curiosity, a proactive attitude toward learning, and strong analytical thinking;Proficiency in Italian.Preferred (but not mandatory) qualifications include experience in the role of Product Owner and/or specific knowledge in at least one of the following areas:Credit Products (Loans, Mortgages, Leasing, Salary-Backed Loans, Factoring, Non-Performing Loans);Processes related to Preliminary Investigations, Approvals, and Transparency Compliance, in accordance with European regulations for financial services.European Anti-Money Laundering regulations and compliance.Why should you choose TXT Novigo?We believe our people are our most valuable asset.That's why we provide continuous training aligned with individual professional growth aspirations.TXT Novigo is part of TXT Group, a fast-growing international technology group with over 2,500 employees, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (STAR segment).You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects with customized solutions for both external and internal clients.We offer flexible working hours, including entry, breaks, and exit times, and support hybrid work whenever possible.The selected candidate will be offered a permanent contract.Compensation will be defined based on the candidate's skills and experience.Position open to candidates regardless of gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree ********.The company promotes equal opportunities and values diversity in all its forms.NOVLI-Hybrid
