For the start up of the finance function within the Italian subsidiary of a Dutch multinational Group, we are looking for an Experienced International Financial Controller / Finance ManagerThis is a key position that will play a central role in setting up and leading the finance and control function in Italy, ensuring alignment with the group's financial standards and systems.Main activities:Put a financial control framework in placeEnsure alignment to the monthly financial reporting system as used by mother companyPrepare and manage the annual finance & control cycle including budgeting, forecasting and year -end closingLead the implementation of ERP system in ItalyProvide financial reporting to the CFO in the European HQContribute to the growth of operations in ItalyRequirements:7-8 years of experience in financial controlling of financial management rolesFluent in EnglishHands-on, structured and proactive approach with the ability to work in an international contextA team-oriented professional motivated to be part of a challenging start-up phase with the potential to evolve into a broader leadership role.Location;Near Malpensa Airport
