Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud/TPM ExpertNTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud/TPM Expert.We operate in the Customer Engagement area and specialize in developing systems and implementing important IT transformation projects in Customer Relationship Management (Marketing Campaign Management, Customer Journey, Customer Service, Sales, Post-Sales, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management).We work in Italy and/or abroad for large companies in the main market sectors, including Telco, Media, Energy&Utilities, Manufacturing, Retail, and Fast Moving and Consumer Goods in technologically advanced and stimulating work contexts.Your Contribution In This RoleYou will be part of well-structured teams and in contact with expert figures who will accelerate your professional growth path in a constant training and development perspective.You Will Be Responsible ForInteracting with customers to collect requirements.Preparing technical-functional documentation.Collaborating with the development team to implement solutions.Supporting the customer and the development team during the application testing phases.The Ideal ProfileAt least 2 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst in CRM and TPM projects based on the Salesforce Consumer Goods platform, including:Requirements collection.Knowledge of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and TPM.Knowledge of the main Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud).Management of E2E processes from requirements collection to release.Preparation of technical-functional documentation.Certifications in the Salesforce area, such as Business Analyst and Salesforce Consumer Goods, are a plus.Nice To HaveAdditional Salesforce certifications related to the Administrator, Developer, or Consultant paths.Experience in projects managed in Agile mode (preferably Scrum).Excellent relational and communication skills, team work predisposition.Excellent analytical and organizational skills, result-oriented.Positive attitude, initiative, and flexibility.Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.Work Location:Milan, Rome, Turin, Naples, Bari.Why NTT DATA?We are a Global Top Employer company that has built a Smile Working Company where caring for people, listening to them, their well-being, and skill development are our priority.We believe in talent and professional evolution, supported by continuous training, advanced learning programs, and personalized growth plans.We are part of the NTT Group, which invests over $3.6 billion annually in research and development to help organizations and companies move confidently and sustainably towards the digital future.EEO Statement:NTT DATA is an equal opportunities employer.#J-*****-Ljbffr
