The Group Aeffe is an international company in the fashion and luxury branch and is active in the creation, production and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods, lingerie and beachwear.The Group develops, produces and distributes, with a view to constant attention to uniqueness and exclusivity, its collections with proprietary brands, "Alberta Ferretti", "Moschino" and "Pollini".For our "Alberta Ferretti/Moschino" store in Florence, we are looking for a Floor Manager.The resource will take care of the retail operations, including people management and operational activities.He/she will work as a "Brand Ambassador", able to represent the values and the image of our Brand.He/she will inspire and motivate the Team to achieve sales targets, providing an excellent service to our customers and ensuring to clients an exclusive shopping experience.Key Accountabilities:Cooperate with different stakeholders (Retail and Corporate Offices, external providers, etc...).Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports.Manage administrative tasks and back office activities.Plan Team rotation.Stock supervisor and inventory management.Key Requirements:Luxury Retail experience (minimum 3/5 years) as Floor or Department Manager.Flexible and assertive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Team player and good at motivating the Team.Commercial awareness, goal oriented and strong attitude in managing an effective selling ceremony and a satisfying customer service.Strong interest for the Fashion & Luxury world.Fluent in Italian and English:the knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.Location:Via Porta Rossa 107/R, Firenze.Hours:full time.This announcement is addressed to both sexes, pursuant to Laws ****** and ******, and to persons of all ages and all nationalities, pursuant to legislative decrees ****** and ******.J-*****-Ljbffr
