correttiva su sistemi delledificio attrezzature e infrastrutture (esclusi sistemi HVAC)Svolgere lavori di riparazione e manutenzione generale utilizzando competenze manuali ed expertise tecnicaSupportare progetti di ristrutturazione refurbishment e iniziative di infrastruttura minoriOperare carrelli elevatori per movimentazione materiali e operazioni di ricevimento merci durante assenze clientiCoordinamento e Gestione FornitoriCoordinare fornitori di servizi esterni e contractors per attività di manutenzione e riparazioneProcessare e gestire ticket ordini di lavoro attraverso supporto tecnico di primo livelloMonitorare le attività di manutenzione e mantenere documentazione accurata del lavoro completatoGarantire conformità agli standard di sicurezza qualità e ambientali secondo i protocolli JLLSupporto Clienti e Sviluppo BusinessFornire supporto alla gestione eventi quando richiestoAssistere nella gestione spazi e pianificazione occupancy utilizzando strumenti (Computer Aided Facility Management) preferitaPosition OverviewAs a Facilities Technician specializing in life science environments you will serve as a key technical resource within our Facility Management team.This role combines hands-on technical expertise with coordination responsibilities to ensure optimal facility operations for our life science clients.You will manage maintenance activities coordinate external vendors and support critical facility functions while maintaining compliance with industry-specific standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical OperationsExecute preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems equipment and infrastructure (excluding HVAC systems)Perform general repair and maintenance work using manual skills and technical expertiseSupport renovation projects refurbishments and minor infrastructure initiativesOperate forklifts for material handling and goods receipt operations during client absencesCoordination & Vendor ManagementCoordinate external service providers and trade contractors for maintenance and repair activitiesProcess and manage work order tickets through first-level technical supportMonitor maintenance activities and maintain accurate documentation of completed workEnsure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards per JLL protocolsClient Support & Business DevelopmentProvide event management support as requiredAssist with space management and occupancy planning using CAFM toolsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processesSupport implementation of new service lines and business opportunitiesContribute to change management processes through effective stakeholder communicationRequired QualificationsTechnical RequirementsCompleted technical education / training in relevant disciplineExtensive experience in industrial Facility Management preferably in manufacturing or life science environmentsValid forklift operator certification and demonstrated logistics experienceComprehensive knowledge of general building maintenance and repair techniquesExperience & SkillsProven track record in both practical and organizational aspects of facility maintenanceProject experience in maintenance and infrastructure initiatives preferredIndependent reliable work approach with ability to handle varied responsibilitiesStrong problem-solving abilities and quick learning capacityPersonal AttributesProactive hands-on mentality with strong organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication
